RESOLUTION AUTH4~tIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Vi1la.ge of
Richf field, Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows:
1. It is hereby determined to proceed immediately with the
construction of Item 7 of Froject No. 32? for the purpose of pro-
viding sanitary sewer facilities for the Metropolitan Sports Area.
2. A contract entitled "Contract for Construction of Sanitary
Sewers, Item ?, Project No. 327 of the Village of Richfield, Minn-
esota„, is hereby given Clerk's File No. 4113-and ordered placed on
file.
3. Said contract is hereby approved and the Mayor, Manager
and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said con-
tract for and on behalf of the Village of Richfield.
~. All sums to be paid by the Village of Richf field pursuant
to the provisions of said contract shall be paid out of the Sus-
pense Fund.
