RESOLUTION RHL~ISII+~G COLUITERAL OP RICHFIBLD
STATE BANK
HB IT R&SOLVBD by the Village Council of the 'village of Richfield
as follows:
1. That the council authorize the release of the following se-
curities heretofore pledged as collateral by the Richfield State Bank:
$5,000 in Stearns County Minn., Independent School
District (Melrose) School. Bldg. Bond of 1952, 2}96
2. That the council determines that the amount of $401,0t~.00
still pledged by the Richfield State Sank is sufficient collateral
and no substitution will be required.
3. That the Director of Finance be authorized to cb all things
necessary to_effect this release.
