OF TAR-FORFEITED LAMAS IN BLOCK {12}~ nTING~3ALE

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota as fallowst
1. It is hereby determined to be necsBSSary and desirable
that the Village of Richfield acquire Lots One (l), Two (2),
Three (3), Four {ft}, Twenty-two (22}, Tt~ienty-three (23), and
Twenty-four (2?~), Block Twelve {12), nTingdale BrGs." Lincoln
Hillsw for use as a public park and recreation area, in ao•
cordance with the plan of this village to acquire all of said
block and to establish a public park thereon.
2. The Village Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized
and directed to make application to the County Board and Com`,
missioner of Taxation for the conveyance of said lots to the
Village of Richfield for such purpose.
