1956-1066rRESOLUTION N0. 1~ R~OLUTION CId~iSSIFYINf~ TAX DELINQUENT LANDS AS ~iON- CONSERVATION LANDS WIiE~?ZAS, the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesotan has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, a list of lands in said village which became tYa~ property of the State of Minnesota under the provisions of law declar3.ng the forf®iture of lands to the State for non-payment of taxes, which said list has bees designated as Classification List n403-C~~, February l4, 1q~6; and _ WHEREAS each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by the Bca rd of County Comm3.ssioners of Hennepin County M~lnnesota as non-conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore -been authorized by said Board of County Commissioners; NObd, THEREFORE, be it resolved by said Village Counc3.]., acting pur- suant to Minnesota Statutes far 199, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that tYte said classifioation by-said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as aon-conservation land be and the same is hereby approved and that tha sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved.
