RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR GRADING AND SITt1MIN0US
SURFACING, HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 5510
(Xerxes Ave., 62nd St. to 66th St.1
WHEREAS, plans for grading a bituminous surf asing, Pro3ect No.
5810, showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross.-sections,
together with specificatiBns and special provisions for the canstzuc--
"tion of State Aid Roads No. 31 and 53 within the limits of the Village
of Richfield as a countq aid pro3ect, have been prepared and presented
to the Village:
NCR11,'THBREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED by the council of the Village of
Richf ieid,
1. That said plans and specifications and special provisions
be and they hereby are approved.
2. That the mayor, maxtager, clerk and attorney be, and they
hereby are authorized to do ail things necessary to exe-
cute the contract with the County of Hennepin and the
Village of Edina.
