RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OP FUNDS FROM
PERMANBNT IMPROVEM'R~1T REVOLVING FUND TO VILIAGE
PROJECT N0. 315 FUND
WHEREAS, Resolution No.-649 dated February 14, 1955, authorizing
transfers from the Permanent Impro~iement Revolving Fund to Village Project
No. 315 Fund in the amount of $.100,000.00, and
WHEREAS, Such transfers have been made, and
WHEREAS, The total assessable cost of Village Project No. 315 has
been $101,725427 exclusive of costs of preparation of the assessment roils,
now therefore,
BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of fibs Village of Richfield as
follows:
1, That the sum of $1,?26.27 be„ and the same hereby is, transferred
groin the-Permanent Improvement Revolving.Fund to Village Project No. 315
Funds '"'
2. That an amount equal to 1% of the construction cost, or $1,01?,26,
be, and the amount hereby is, transferred from the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund to Village Project No, 315 Fund to pay the expense of the
preparation of the assessment roils for Village Project Nom 315.
3. That the Director of Finance be, and he'hereby is, authorized
to make the aforesaid transfers as of December 31, 1955.
4., Ths.t upon certif ication of the assessment roll for Village Pro-
ject No, 315, all assets and liabilities of the Village Project No. 315
Pund be transferred to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund.
