INITIAL RESOLUTION FOR ISSUANCE OF GENERAL GBLIGATION BONDS AND CALLING AN EIE CTION DBSIGNATING POLLING PIACffi AND APPOINTING JUDGSS OF ELEI;TION j BB IT RESOLVBD by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota., as follows: 1. The village council of the village of Richf ieid has heretofore determined and does. hereby find and declare that it is necessarq and ex- pedient for the village to construct park improvements and to provide money therefor by the issuance of the negotiable coupon bonds of the viU.age in the amount of not to exceed $62,000 as authorized by Chapter 4?5, Minnesota Statutes. 2. The question of issuing bonds for such purpose shall be submitted to the voters of the viilage'at a special election which is herebq called to be held on March 20~, 1956, and the village clerk is herebq authorized and 8irected to cause notice of said election to be given by posting notice at least ten days prior to the date of said e]e ction'in three public places: in the village and by publishing said notice at feast one week prior to said date in the official newspaper of the viilage. 3. Instructions to Voters: Voters desiring to vote in favor of the foregoing proposition shall turn the lever so that a cross (X ) ~wili appear in the square opposite the work "yes"~. 4.
