$448.03 cash in depository, $40,000.00 village of Richfield 1954 Cert~.fi-
cstes of Indebtedness and $24,843.75, 91 day Treasury Bills dated Dece~iber
8A 1955, and
' WMBREAS, No further construction is contemplated in Storm Sewer A,
B~ J„ Q, D, Dw3 or Storm Sewer Improvement ]A,
NOW THERBFORB BB IT RBSOI3~ED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as follows:
' 1: That the assets in the sum of $65,291..78 of the Storm Sewer
A, Br J,, Q, D, D-3 and Street Improvement #lA Fund (Special Assessments
Group) consisting of $448.03 cash in depository $40000.00 Pillage of
Richf field 1954 Certificates of Indebtedness and $24,843.75 3.n 91 day
Treasury Bills dated December 8A 1955, be, and the-same hereby is
transferred permanently to the Stcrm'~5ewer A, 8, J,'•Q, D, D-3 and Street
Improvement lA Sinking Fund. -
!I 2. That the Storm Sewer A, B,. Jp Q, D, D-3 and Street Improvement
lA Fund (Special Assessments Group) shall no longer exist sa an accounting
entity.
3. That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized
to do a1i things necessary to effect the provisions of this resolution..
