RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF PUNDS FROb1
THE PERMAN$1V'T IA9PROVENBNT REVOLVING PUND TO THE
VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 143 PUND AND CLOSING V. P.
NO, 143 FUND
NOW THBREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Rich~ieid as follows:
1. That there be, and there hereby is authorized a transfer
of $157.43 from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund to the
Village Project No.. 143 Pund and
2. That the Village Project No. 143 Fund be and hereby is
closed.
3. That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, author-
ized to effect such a temporary transfer of funds.
