RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY TRANSPER
OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE SEt~dER
OPERATING FUND
WHEREAS, the budget for the fiscal year 1955 contemplated tem-
porary transfers of funds from th@ General Pund to the Sewer Operating
Fund in amounts not to exceed $15,000..00, and
WHEREAS, it tow appears that disbursements will exceed receipts
by approximately $5,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of -the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That there be, and there hereby is authorised a temporary
transfer of $5,000.00 from the General Fund to the Sewer Operating Pund.
2. That the Director of Finance be, and he hereby is, authorized
to effect such a temporary transfer of funds.
3. 'That this temporary transfer is in addition to and not part
of the $24,136.57 due from the Sewer Operating Fund to the General Fund
as set forth in the au dit report for the fiscal year 1954.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this
27th day of December, 1955.
