BB IT RBSOLVBD BY THB VILLAGB COUNCIL of the Yiilage of Richfield,
Hennepin Countyp Minnesota, as follows:
1. The proposed agreement between the Vi~.lage of Richfield and
the G,, M, Orr Engineering Company dated December 27p 1955, .providing
-for certain engineering services in Connection with an aircooling and
ven~i~iating system at the Richfield Village Hali, is hereby given
Clerk's Pile No. G-329? and is hereby ordered to be placed on fileb~
2a It is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
enter into said agreement on behalf of the Village of Richfield.

3, Said agreemur-t is hereby approved and adopted and the Mayor,
Manager and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to'execute said.'
