RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OP AGREEMEA'TS WITH
THE VILLAGE OP BLOOR9INGTON POR THE INTERCONNECTION OP
SANITARY SEWERS AND STORM SEWERS
BE TT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County,, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The proposed agreement between the Village of Richfield and
the Village of Bloomington, A4innesota, entitled "Agfeement Between the
Village:of Richfield and the Village of Bloomington, Relative to the
Interconnection of. Sanitary Sewers", dated December 27fl 19SS is hereby
given Clerk's file Nob C-3296 and is hereby ordered to be placed on
file...
2. The proposed agreement between the Village of Richfield and
the Village of Bloomington, Minnesota, entitled "Agreement Between
the Village of Bloomington and the Village of Richfield,. Relative to
the Interconnection of Storm Sewers," dated December 27, 1955 is hereby
given Clerk's Pile No. C-3296 and is hereby ordered to be placed on f ilex
36 Tt is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public health,, safety, prosperity, convenience and general welfare of
the citizens and taxpayers of the Village of Richfield to enter into
said agreements..
4. 'Each of said agreements is here~ay approved and adopted, and
the mayor, manager and clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
. execute said agreements for and on behalf of the Village of Richfield,
affixing the village seal thereto..
