RESOLUTION N0. 985
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 'CANCELLATION OF
CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON VILLAGE-OWNED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Village of Richfield has heretofore acquired Lot 7,
Block 12, Tingdaie Bros. Lincoln Hills Addition, Piat No. 46790, Parcel
No. 6475, pursuant to authorization contained in Resolution No. 721 dated
dune l3~ 1953,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield as follows.:
1.. That the remainder of special assessments against Lot ?, Block
12, T3ngdale Bros. Lincoln Hills Addition be, and the same hereby are
cancelled:
