RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA DEPARTMBNT OF HIGHWAY
LAYOUT OP TRUNK HIGHWAY #f36 WITHIN THE CORPORATB LIMITS
OF THB VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD PROM THE SOUTH CORPORATB
LIMITS TO NORTH CORPORATE LIMITS
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans
consisting of layout only for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway
t~2?9 and renumbered as TaH. X136 within the corporate limits of the Village
of Richfield from the south corporate limiter to north corporate limits, and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of Department
of Highways, St. Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as
S.P. 2716-16 (T.H. 36) and S.P. 2758-02 (T.H. 36) Layout 7 and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans consisting of layout only
are also on file in the office of the Village engineer (C-3295)
WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer
toy and incorporate the preliminary plans consisting of layouts only as
in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described=
NOW, THEN, SE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans consisting
of layout only for the improvement of Trunk Highway No.. 2?9 renumbered
gunk Highway No. 36 within the limits of the Village of Richfield be
and hereby are approved.
Passed by the Village council of the Village of Richf field-this 28th
day of November, 1955.
