RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OP HIGHt~VAY
LAYOUT OF TRUNK HIGHWAY #6S--JUNCTION T.H. #6S AND
I~~EST 66TH STREET (S.P.. 2727-22 (T.H. 6S) LAYOUT 3)
WHBREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary plans
consisting of layout only for the improvement of a patt of Trunk'~Highway
#SO renumbered #6S within the corporate limits of the Viilage.of Richfield
at the Jct. of T.H. #6S and West 66th St. in said Village of Richfield; and
UdHEREAS said prelimin~.ry plans are on file in the office of Depart-
ment of Highways, St. Paul,. Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identi-
f led as S.P. 2727-22 (T.H. 6S) Layout 3; and
WI~iBREAS copies of ~sai.d preliminary plans consisting of layout only
are also on file in the office of the Village engineer (fv-32790
I~IIER"P~-S the term "said preliminary plans" are hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer
to, and incorporate the preliminary plans consisting of layouts only as
in the foregoing recitals particularly identified. and described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans consisting
of layout only for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. SO renumbered.
Trunk Highway NQ, 6S within the limits off' the Village of Richfield be
and hereby are approved.
