RESOLUTION RELATING TO .THE SOUTHERLY
LINE OP 65TH STREET POR LEGAL DBSCRIPTION PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Ray Ws Skelton and Alice K, Skelton have conveyed
certain property to the Village of Richfield by deed dated the 28th
d~.y of July, 1955 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Hennepin,County~ Minnesota as Document Nos 2956727 in Book 2053 of Deeds,
page 131r and
WHEREF-S, :Said Ray W~ Skelton and Alic4e R.. Skei~on desire to
describe property belonging to them lying Southerly of the property so
conveyed,. bq referred to West 65th Street, and
l4HERFAS,- It is desirable to locate the Southerly line of West
65th Street for the purposes of legal descriptions
NOW, T~[EREFORE, BE IT RE9J LVED By the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield as follows F
Por purposes of legal descriptions the Southerly line of a portion of
West 65th Street is hereby declared and determined to be a line drawn
parallel with and 30 feet Southerly. of the following described lines
Commencing at. the intersection of the Westerly-extension of the center
line of West 65th Street as dedicated in the plat of Jx.N. Hauser's
Second Addition with the center line of Lyndale Avenue South; thence
Southwesterly in a straight line 657.x89 feet to point of curve, said
straight line if extended, would intersect. the East line of said
Section 28 at a point 310 feet North of the East quarter corner of
said section; thence on a 10 degree curve to the right in a North-
westerly direction with a radi us of 573.69 .feet, a distance of 584.58
feet to the end of said-curve and there terminating,
