RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OP ADVANCE PAYMENT
RECEIPT5 TO THE GENERAL ACCOUNT OP THE VILLAGB OP
RICHFIELD
'[WHEREAS, Property owners were allowed to day the principal amounts
only; for special assessments from Septmeber 1: 1955 ,through October 7,
1955, and
WHERBAS, Prepayments in the amount of $37,419«40 were received and
deposited in the Advance Payment Account of the Village of Richfield in
the Richfield State Bank pending confirmation of such special assessments,
and
WHBREAS,_The Viiiage council of the Village of Richf field has now
confirmed such special assessments,
NOl~ THEREFORE, BE IT RBSOLV ED By 'the 'Viiiage council of the Village
of Richfield, .
l., That the Richfield State Bank be, and it hereby •is•, authorized
to transfer the sum of $37,419.«40 from the Advance Payment Account of
the Village of Richfield to the General Account of the Village of
Richf ieid..~
2r. That the clerk-treasurer be, and he hereby is:, authorized `to
distribute the sum of $37,419.40 as follows:.
