RESOLUTION RELATING TO OFF-SITE IMPROVEMEAITS IN
ELIASON 3RD ADDITION

HE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows: That the Village of Richfi®ld,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, will cause the construction and. installation
of off-site improvements in Eliason 3rd Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, to be made on or before September 1, 1956, in accordance with
plans and specifications heretofore approved by the Village Engineer of the
Village~of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and approved by the
Veterans Administration of the United States Government, without special
assessmeats.being levied-for such improvements provided for in said plans
and specif icafi,3.ons .
