BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village bfTRichfie~d

as follows:
1. That the proposed plat of HARRY TICKNER'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2
RICHFIELD GARDENS is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of
performance of the Subdivider's contract for such addition as hereinafter
authorized.
2. .Th~;t.the proposed Subdivider's contract for the development of said
subdivision, bearing Contract No. 2Sg be given Clerk's file No. 319 ; be
placed on file; that the same be approved and that the Mayor and Manager be
authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized to seal the same
for and on behalf of this Village.
3. That the public Contractor's Bond for performance of the conditions
of the said sub-divider's Contract in the amount of two thousand one hundred
sixty dollars 02,160.00) on which the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, A
corporation of Hartford, Conn. appears as Surety, is hereby approved.
4. That responsibility for all public streets, alleys-and other public
ways shall not be assumed by this Village until final acceptance of the work.
on such property by this Council; and until such time full responsibility for
such streets shall ~ that of the developer of said sub-division.
