P~,ESGL'JTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON
VILLAGE PROJECT NOa 270
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUsdCIL of the Village of Riche"field, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, as followso
1. That the Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village Engineer,
calculated the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of Village Pro-
ject No. 270 consisting of storm seiner, against every assessable lot, piece, or
parcel of land specially benef ited thereby in accordance with the provisions of
law, and the proposed assessment so made up was filed with the Village Clerk for
more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection
at all times during said period.
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly
held. as required by law so that this Council could meet and pass upon the proposed
assessment.
3. That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present
their objections, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof" at
said public hearing.
~.. That the Village Council has heretof ore duly established Village Project
No. 270 and after carefully considering all the facts, the benef its to each lot,
piece or parcel of land, and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and
determined and hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land
included in said proposed assessment roll as amended was irnproved by reason of the
construction of said Village Project No. 270 and has been and is specially benef ited
in the amount set out in said proposed assessment roll as amended opposite each
such lot, piece, or parcel of land.
5. The proposed assessment as amended is hereby affirmed adopted and con-
f firmed, and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment as amended are
affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said
lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is here-
by levied against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land.thereir~
described.
6. Said assessment as so amended is hereby affirmed, adopted, conf firmed
and shall be certif fed by the Village Clerk and filed in his off ice, and shall
thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for said storm se~•rer, Village
Project No. 270,
