SAID CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER, VILLAGE PROJECT ISO. 1G2.
7. THE ASSESSMENT 4JITH ACCRUIPJG INTEREST, SHALL BE A LIEN UPON THE PROPERTY INCLUDED THERE
IN, CONCURRENT WITH GENERAL TAXES, AND SHALL DE PAYABLE IN EQVAL ANNUAL IPJSTALLMENTS EXTENDING
OVER A PERIOD OF 20 YEARS. THE FIRST INSTALLMENT SHALL BE PAYABLE ON THE FIRST NIOIdDAY IN
JANUARY OF 1956. ALL ASSE5Sh1ENTS SHALL BEAR INTEREST AT THE RATE OF G% PER ANNUM. TO THE FIRST
INSTALLMENT SHALL BE ADDED INTEREST ON•THE ENTIRE'ASSESSMEtdT FROM THE DATE OF THIS RESOLUTION
UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 1956. TO EACH SUBSEQUEPtT INSTFaLLh7EPlT SHALL DE ADDED INTEREST FOR ONE YEAR
ON ALL UNPAID iNSTALLMEtdTS.
ALL ASSESSMENTS AND INTEREST THEREON S1~lALL BE COLLECTED AND PAID~OVER IN TIE SAME MANNER AS
OTHER MUNICIPAL TAXES.
