OF STREET GRADIIJG~ AGAINST EVERY ASSESSABLE LOT. PIECES OR PARCEL OF LAND SPECIALLY BENEFITED
THEREBY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF LAWS AND THE PROPOSED ASSESSMEfT 50 MADE UP WAS
FILED WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK FOR MORE THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ASSESSt:fENT NEARING AND. WAS OPEN
TO PUBLIC INSPECTION AT ALL TIMES DURING SAID PERIOD.
2. THAT NOTICE HAS BEEN DULY PUBLISHED AND A PUBLIC HEARING HERETOFORE DULY HELD AS RE~•

AFTER CAREFULLY CONSIDERING ALL THE FACTS THE BENEFITS TO EACH LOTS PIECE OR PARCEL•OF LAND
AND FULLY ADVISIP7G ITSELF IN THE PREMISES HAS FOUND AND DETERMINED AND HEREBY DECLARES TIiAT

EXTENDING OVER A PERIOD OF 20 YEARS. THE FIRST INSTALLMENT SHALL. BE PAYAOLE ON THE FIRST
