BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUR~IL of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,

1, That the Village Clerk hasp frith the assistance of the. Village Engineer
calculated the proper amounts to ~ aasainst every assessabletlot,opiece sand parcel
No. 213 consisting of a11eg grading, g
of land specially benefited thereby in accordance with the provisions of lair, and the
proposed assessment so made up was filed with the Village Clerk for more than 15 days
prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at aa1 times during
said period.
2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held
as required by lain so that this Council could meet and pass upon the proposed
assessment.
