S90 ?'RESOLUTION xDOPTTNG ASSESST~ENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT AtO. ]J.~2 BE IT RESOLVED T3Y THL trILLAGE COUIJCTL of the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, ~~ AJinnesota, as follows 1. That the Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village Engineer calculated the proper amoLmts to be assessed for the construction of Village Project No. 71x2 consisting of alley grading, against every assessable-lot, piece, and parcel of land specially benefited thereby in accordance Urith the provisions of law, and the proposed assessment so made up t•~.s filed faith the ViLtage Clerk for more than 15 days prior to the assessment hearing and eras open to public inspection at all times during said period. 2. That notice has been duly published and a public hearing heretofore duly held as required by law so that this Cour_cil could meet and pass upon the proposed assessment. 3. That an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their: objection, if any, to such proposed assessment or to any item thereof at said public hearing. l,.. That the Village Council h~.s heretofore duly established Village Project No. 7J•2 and after carefully considering all the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece of parcel of land, and fully advising itself in the premises, has found and determine:: and hereby declares that each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land included in said proposed assessment roll taas inproved by reason of the construction of said Village Project No. 112 and has been and is specially benefited in the amount set out in said roposed assessment roll opposite each such lot, piece, or parcel of land. P 5. The proposed assessment is hereby affirmed, adopted, and confirmed, an:7 the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots, pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so set out is hereby leva.ed against each of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein described. 6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted, and confirmed shall be certified by the Village Clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for said alley grading, Village Project No. 71.2. 7. The assessment with accruing interest, shall be a lien upon theproperty included therein, concurrent faith general taxes, and shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 20 years. The first installment shall be payable on the first Monday in January of 1956. All assessments shall bear interest at the rat of 6f per annum: To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date o:~ this Resolution until December 31, 1956. To each subsequent installment shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installment I~ All assessments and interest thereon shall be collected and paid-over in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
