BE IT RE.S OLVED By the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the Stipulation for~Settlement and Dismissal in the case of
James Ted Rae and Jane Gail Rae against the Village of Richfield
be given Clerks File ATot C-3174 .and be placed on file.
2. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
publ3.c health, safety, convenience and general .welfare to acquire
the land as provided .in. such S tipu3a tioa far street, paxk and
drainage purposes
3, That said Stipulation is hereby approved aud. adopted and the
Mayor, Manager, Finance Officer. and attorney are hereby aaxtliorized
and directed to take such steps as may be nsnassary to execute
said Stipulation and to perform the same on behalf of the village,,
acco rd~.ng to its terms .
4. That the money to be paid pursuant to said Stipulation, shall. be
charged against and paid out of the Street L~ppropriation of the
General Fund.
5. That there be and-there hereby is authorized a transfer of monies
ixi the amount of X5316.00 from the Contingency Appropriation of the ~~ ~ v d'
General Fund to -the Street 6~ppropriation of the General Fund. 'dab
