AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTR~ICT N0. 2S1 AND APPROVING BOND

BE IT ~ OLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the proposed plat of HAGE'S l•ST ADDITION is hereby approved
subject to and upon completion of performance of the Subdivider's contract for
such addition as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed Subdivide~'s contract for the development of said sub-
division, bearing Contract No. 2G1, Ice given Clerk's File No ]1 2 , 1~ r~laced on
fil®; th~.t the saa~~ be approved and that 'che l~iay~r and i•b.nager be authorized to
sign. said contract and the Clerk Le authorizec? to seal the same for and on behalf'
of this Village.

3. That the public Contractor's Bond for pert"ormance of -L-he conditions of
the said sub-divider's Contract in the amount of four thousand six hundred dollars
(w4,600,00) on trhich the Anchor Casualty Company, 2700 University Avenue, St. Paul,
NTinnesota, appears as Sure•%y, is hereby approved.

/~. That responsibility for all public streets, alleys and other public ways
shall not be assuwed by this Village until,f~:mal acceptance of the work on such
property by this Council; and until sucP~ time fv11 responsibility for such streets
shall be that of the developer of said sub-division.
