RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 26, 1955,
ON PROPOSED ASSESSN'~'i~T FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 322
t•1HEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on the 22nd day of August,
1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost
of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No. 322,
AND WHEREAS, The Village Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment has completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, NJinnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 26th day of September, 1955, in the
Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement grill be given an opportunity to be hear with
reference to such. improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the Hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice the total cost
of the improvement,
