RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON' SEPTEi++I~ER 26TH, 1955,
01V 1'ROPQSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 302.
WI~REAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council. on the 22nd day of August,
1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost
of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Pro3ect iYo. 3021
AND WHEREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota;
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 26th day of September, 1955, in the
Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:3~ o'clcek p.m., to pass upon'
suoh proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard Frith
reference to such improvement.
2. T$e Village Clerk is here~iy directed to cause a notice of the Hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice the total cost of
the improvement.
