RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 26TH, 1955,
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 270.
WHEREAS, by Resolution i~o. 837 passed by the Council on'the Sth day of
August, 1955, the V331age Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project ~Io. 270,
AND 41HEREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment has been completed a-r_d filed in his office for public inspection.
NOTr1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield Minnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 26th day of September, 1955, in the
Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.Ni., to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will b e given an opportunity to be heard with
reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the Hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the Heard and he shall state in the notice the total cost of
the improvement.
