RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SFP`~EMBER 12TH, 1955
ORT PROPOSED ASSESSMENT. FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 294...
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. g39 passed by the Council on the gth day of
August,. 1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the
cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No. 294,
AND WHEEREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such pro-.
poS+ed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOUJ THEREFORE, BE IT, RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A public Hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September, 1955,
in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 o~clock p.m., to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement frill be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to be publish®d once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he .shall state in the .notice the
total cost of the improvement.
