WI~REAS, by Resolution No. 795 passed by the~Counci~ on the 25th day
of July, 1955, the Vil]-age Clerk ~,~s dire~t~d to prepare a proposed assess,
menu of-the cost~~of Storm Sewep Construction Village Project No. 293,
AND 4JHR~AS, the ~1illage Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.

of Richfield, Mi.nriesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September,
1955, in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 o~clock
p.m., to pass upon such proposed assessment and at suchf~.me and place a]3
persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference tQ such improvement.
2, The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment. to be published onoe 3.n the official newQ-.
paper at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state 3,n the
notice the total cost of the improvement.
