1955-862r133 RESOLUTION N0. g62 RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEI~ER 12th, 1955, ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 2$$ WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 793 passed by the Council on the 25th day of July, 1955, the Village Clerk wa.s directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of Sanitary Sewer Construction, Village Project No. 2$$, AND WHEREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. P10W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLITr,D by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota: 1. A Fublic Hearing shall be-held on the 12th day of September, 1955, in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement w311 be given an opportunity to be heard Frith reference to such improvement. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published on©e in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice the :•total .cost of ~ the improvement.
