RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEI~ER. 12TH, 1955,
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 290.
?~II~?.EAS, by Resolution No. $/.]_ passed by the Council on the gth day of
August, 1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No. 2909
AND ?~REA.S, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such pro-
posed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NO?~T THEREFORE, B E IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A Public Hearing sha11 be held on the 12th day of September, 1955,
in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 a~eloek p.m., to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be ,given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once 3n the official newspaper
at least two Meeks prior to the Hearing and he sha11 state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 22nd day of August, 1955.
