RESOLUTION CALLIIITG HEARTI~G ON SEPTET~IBER 12th, 1955,
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 273.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 792, passed by the Council on the 25th
day of July, 1955, the Village Clerk was .directed to prepare a proposed
asse.ssment~of the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No. 273,
AND t~JHEREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOI~i THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLT6ED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September,
1955, in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:3® o'clock
p.m.9 to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons o~ming property affected by such a.mprortement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the Hearing andhe shall state in
the notice the total cost of the improvement.
