WSEREAS, bar Resolution PTo. $38 passed bg the Council on the 8th day of
August, 1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the coat of Storm Sewer Car~struction, Village Project no. 271,
•~ AED ~~5., the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment has been. completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
N06d TH~'CffTE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Cous~ci3.• of 'the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1, A .Public Bearing shall, be haltl on the 12th day of September, 1955,.
3.n the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Bell at 7:30 o~c3~c p,~a.~ to Pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement wi7.l be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the Hearing
on the praposed assessment to be published once 3n the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice the total
cost of the improvement.
