RESOLUTION N0. 856
RESOLUTION. CALLING HCARING ON SEPTEMBER 12TH9 1955,
ON PROPOSED A SSESSMENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 268-269:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 836 passed by the Council on the 8th day of
August 1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of Storm Sewer Construction, Village Project No, 268-269,
AND Z+1~EAS, the Village Clerk hs.s notif3~ed the Council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
IdIN,~I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September, 1955,
in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to
pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all. persons owning
property affected by such improvement t~ri.ll be given an opportunit~~ to b e heard
with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the Hearing
on the ~~roposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice the total
cast of the improvement.
