R.ESQLUTION CALLING HEkRING ON SEFTENIBER 72TH, 1955,
ON PROPOSED ASSESST~~ENT FOR VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 266
t~JHEREAS, by Resolution No. 790 passed by the Council on the 25th
day of July, 1955, the-Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed
assessment Qf the cost of Storm Seger Construction, Village Project No. 266,
AND t~JHER.EAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such
proposed assessment. has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NAT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, P~innesota.:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 12th day of September,
"1955, in the Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Hall at 7:30 o'clock
p.m., to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all

persons owning property affectedi~y such improvement 4r.Ill be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
Hearing on the .proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement.
