RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON SEPTEtNSER 12th,
1955, ON PROPOSED ASSESSI.IENT FOR VILIAGE
PROJECT N0. 250.

~S~ by a Resolution passed by the Council on the nth day of Aug~ist,
1955, the Village Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the post
of concrete pavement and curb and gutter, Village Project No.-250,
AND 41HEREAS, the Village Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment has been completed and filed in his office-for public inspection.
NOT•' TII;REFORE, ~E TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the- Village of
Richfield, A~linnesota:
1. A Public Hearing shall be held on the 12th. day of September, 1955, in the
Council Chambers of the Richfield Village Ha11 at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to pass upon
f j such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons ouming property
l ~ affected by such improvement ~•rill be given an opportunity to be hear Filth
reference to such improvement.,
2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the. Hearing on
the proposed assessment to be ,published once in-the official newspaper at least
two weeks. prior to the Hearing and he shall state in the notice the total coat
of the improvement.
