ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPPED ASSESST~ENT F~

W~EAS, ~, contract has been let for the improvement of:
The area as described in Resolution No.
651 passed by the Council on April 11, 1955,
By storm sew®r construction and the contract price for such improvement
is X82,507.76, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
3:mprovement amounts ~ to at least ~'7~,.92.2J~ so that the total estimated cost bf the
3.mprovement will be ~p90,000.00,
NOW TI~REF~tE, BE IT RF~OLVED by the Council of .the Village of Richfield,
I~3.nnesota:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to.
be at least ~90,0OO.OO,.and therefore that sum xaill be assessed against the property
benefited thereby. '
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall forth-~
with calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece, or par ce1 of land within the district affected
without regard to cash valuations as provided by la~~, and he shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
