RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO HE ASSESSED ARID -
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSR~AIT FOR
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 317 •
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of':
The area as described in Resolution R1o.
62.1,. passed by the Council on February
28,1955,
By storm se4rer construction and the contract price for sucki improvement
is X7,015.40 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
improvement amounts to at least X1,866.8? sa that the total estimated cost of the
improvement will be X8,882.27.
NOW THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Richfield,
' Rlsaanesota:

~ 1. The cost of such improvement to be specia]~y assessed 3s hereby'
declared to be at least X8,882.27, and therefore that sum will. be assessed against
the property benefited thereby.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece,.. or parcel of land within the district .affected
without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in his office for publ.i.c inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof
