GJHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
The area as described in Resolution No.
627 passed by the Council on February 2Sth, 1955
Tay Street Grading, Curb and Gutter and Storm Sewer Construction and the
contract prices for such improvements are Storm Sewer Construction, ~12g,907.41;
Curb and Gutter ~~13,4.62.65 and Street Grading X5,330.25, and the expenses incurred
or to be incurred in the making os said improvement amounts to at least ~3~,G41.5g
so that the total estimated cost of the improvement will. be ~1g6,341.g9~
NOirl THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Richfield,.

1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hexeby declared to
be at least X156,341.59, and therefore that sum will be assessed against the property.

2. The Village Clerk a~.th the assistance of the Village Engineer shall forth-
d,-ith calculate the proper amount to be .specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot,. piece, or parcel of land within the district affected
without regard to cash valuation, as provided by lade, and he shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof .
