RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPAR.A.TION OF PP~OPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 302
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
The area as described in Resolution No.
490, passed by the Council on September
13, 1954,
By storm sewer construction and the contract price for such improvement
is :26,418.82 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
improvement amounts to at least X7,027.94 so that the total estimn.ted cost of the
improvement will be ;633,446.76.
NOT,~1 THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Richfield,
I~linnesota
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be at least X633,446.76, and therefore that sum will be assessed against the
property benefited thereby.
2._ The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall forth-
with calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land ~•r3thin the district
agfected without regard to cash valuation,.. as provided by law, and he shall file a
copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public-inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon .completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
