ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 295 a

The area as described in Resolution No.
435 passed by the Council on July I.2, 1954,.
By Storm Sewer construction and-the contract price for such improvement
is X2,673.20 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
improvement amounts to at least ~4g.17 so that the total estimated cost of the
improvement t~ri71 be ~-2,721.37.
NOW TT~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. The cost of such improvement to ve specially assessed is hereby
declared to be at least ~-2,721.37, and therefore that sum ~r3.11 be assessed against.
the property benefited thereby.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land ~rithin the district affected .
without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy
of such proposed assessr,:ent in his office for public inspection. ,
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment,,
notify the Council thereof.
