HE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows: TYnt the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, will cause the construction and installation of
off-site improvements in Monten & Gorra's First Addition, .Hennepin County,
Minnesota, to ~ made on or bsi'ore September 1, 1956, in accordance with plans
and specif~.cations heretofore approved by the Village Engineer of the
Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and approved by the Veterans
Administration of the United States Government, without special assessments
being levied for such improvements provided for in said plans and specifications.
