AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT N0. 273 A1ND APPROVING BOND.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the proposed plat of Monten & Gorra's 1st Addition is hereby
approved sub3ect to and upon completion of performance of the Subdividers
contract for such addition hereinai'ter authorized,,
2. That the proposed Subdivider'a contract for the development of said sub-
division, bearing Contract No. 273, bs given Clerk's File No. , be placed on
file; that the same be approved and that the I~Zayor and A2lanager be authorized to
sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized to seal the same for and on behalf
of this Village .
3, That the public Contractor's Bond for performance of the Conditions of
the said sub-div3.der's Ccntract in the amount of thirty two huxtdred (3200) dollars
on which the the Anchor Casualty Compax~, 2700 University Avenue, St. Paul,
Minnesota, appears as Surety, is hereby approved.
/~. That responsibility for all public street, alleys and other public ~-ays
shall not ~ assumed by this Village until final acceptance of the work on such
property by this Council9 and until such time full responsibility for such streets
shall be that of the Developer of said sub-division.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, R~13nnesota,
this 22nd day of August, 1955.
