1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be at least ~-4,048.60, and therefore that sum w.i.a1 be assessed against
the. pro~rty benefited thereby.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall
forthwith calc~a]..ate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such im~ove-
went against every assessable Iot, piece, or parcel of land ~a.thin the distract
affected without regard to Dash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file
a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Cou~acil thereof..
