The cost of such improvement to he specially assessed is hereby declared to ~ at least X14,867.14, and therefore that apm will be as~ssed against the pro~rty i~nef ited thereby. 2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer shall forthwith calculate the proZ~er amount to be specially assessed for such 3,mp~rovemeat against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the district aff®oted without regard to cash ®aluation, as provided by law, and he shall f3La a Dopy of-such proposed assessment in has office for public inspection. 3.
