line of Lyndale Avenue, thence Easterly along center line of 62nd Street
to the center line of the M.N.FaS. right-of ~,y, thence Southerly along

line of 63rd Street, thence Easterly to center line of Nicollet Avenue,
thence Southerly on center line of Nicollet Avenue to the center line of
67th Street produced, thence ~Testerly along center line of 67th Street
produced to a point 165 feet Easterly of the center line of Gr~r3. Avernxe,
thence Southerly to a point 330 feet Southerly of center line of 67th
Street thence t~esterly to 165 feet t~lesterly of Garfield Avenue, th®nce
Northerly to center line of the alley in-Block 3, Fair~,rood Shores produced,

By Storm Sewer Construction and the contract price for such improvement
is X62,155.16, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of
said improvement amounts to at ].east °5,913.49, so that the total estimsted
cost of the improvement wi11 be X68,068.65.
Nt~aT TI~iEtiEFORF,, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village ox"
Richfield, Minnesota:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be at least X68,068.65, and therefore that sum will ~ assessed
against the property benefited thereby.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such
improvement against every assessable lot, piece, ar parcel of land w3.thin the
distract affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and
he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspect3.on.
3, The Clerk sha7.1, upon completion of such proposed assessment
notify the Council thereof.
