625 passed by the Village Council on
February 2Sth,1955,
By Storm Sewer Consi~zction and the contract price for such
impro~a®ment is $11,321.01 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in i-.he
making of said improvement amounts to at least ~3,0Og.07 so that the total
estimated cast of the improvement w3.11 be ~7.~.,329.~.
N~+7 TI~REF01~E, aE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Richfield, N13nnesota:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is
hereby declared to be at least ;;>].1~.,3z9.OS, and therefore that sum tlil7. be
assessed against the property benefited thereby.
2. The Village Clerk ~•rith the assistance of the Village Eng3.neer
shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such
improvement against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the
district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and
he shall file a, copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public
inspection.

3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment
notify the Council thereof.,
