SAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
the area as described in Resolution No.
357 passed by the Council on the ]l.th
day of June l95[,.,
8y Storm SeUrer Construction and the contract price for such
improvement is ~63,99G~.41 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the
making of said improvem®nt amounts to at least ~6~142.?? so that the total es-
timated cost of the improvement will be ~?0,137.1$.
N'O~J THERErORE,, ~{' 1T I,•LSOLVED by the council of the Village of
Richfield Minnesota:
1. Tho cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be at least ~70,137.1g, and therefore that sum wi11 be assessed
against the property benefited thereby.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of the Village Engineer
shall forth~•rith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such
improvement against every assessable lots piece, or parcel of land within the
district affected ~~rithout regard to cash valuation, as provided by 1atr' and he
sha11 file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment
notify .the Council thereof.
